Organic Vegetarian creative cooking workshop in the Cevennes area of France:
In the company of naturopaths and specialists in, spend a weekend preparing organic vegetarian dishes using regional and seasonal products.
Length: 2 days, arrival on Friday, departure on Sunday.

Understand how to put together dishes or meals for a healthy diet
Relax: Stretching, breathing... and walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside of the Cevennes region.
The vegetable will be the basis of each meal, associated with cereals, pulses, nuts and dried fruits, germinated grains, vegetable milks and creams, herbs and spices, essential oils, seaweeds, organic wines etc.
Each workshop lasts 2h30.
We will meet at the kitchen at 17h15 (On Friday and Saturday) to prepare dinner.
ACCOMMODATION: In the Southern Cevennes, at an altitude of 420m, in the middle of a natural circus wooded with chestnut and oak trees, dominating a succession of typical Cevennes valleys (The view is breathtaking).
The fully equipped accommodation is in 15th century buildings once used to breed silk worms.
Rooms for 2 or 3 people and mezzanines for 2 or 3 people. 1 bathroom for 4 people. Bed linen and towels provided.
Organic table d’hote, vegetarian, fun, varied and creative meals.
Tariff: 350 € 1 person; 470 € 2 persons
This tariff includes:
