Detailed programme

Share the daily life of an Indian family.

Enrich your knowledge of our culture by learning how to cook a variety of delicious, healthy and simple Indian dishes that you can propose to your family and friends once back home.
Gajendra, the younger son, or Sushila, one of the daughters-in-law, will share their passion of cooking with you. All the family being vegetarian, the workshop will focus on vegetarian cooking.

Diversity of Indian cuisine is as rich as the nature of this country. Each state has its own food culture based on crops they grow there. In the desert where we live, little is available. This is what makes the cuisine of Rajasthan "unique"; the art of creating a variety of tastes from very little.
Each workshop lasts between 2 and 3 hours generally in the afternoon in order to prepare the evening meal.
