    Detailed programme

The aim of the workshop is to lay the foundations of slow turning, for beginners or advanced, with individualized coaching.

This 5-day workshop introduces you to pottery wheel turning using the Slow-Turning method: positioning the body and supports, experimenting with the gesture and breathing, until you find efficiency and the pleasure that follows.

This complete method gives you the essential basics of pottery on the wheel, enabling you to continue independently. The course is divided into 6 phases: ergonomic installation on the wheel, preparing the clay on the table, centering on the wheel, preparing the cylinder, mounting the pot and turning. No firing.
