The Chickpea Festival, one of the craziest festivals in the Gard? Definitly!

For 12 years, this festival is described by all sorts of qualifiers: burlesque, crazy, daring, offbeat ... but it is unanimous, on its quality and atmosphere!

LE POIS CHICHE is a free-priced all-public festival held in Montaren, a small Gard village of 2000 inhabitants (4 km from Uzès). A joyful stir when 9000 festival-goers arrive during the 3 days of celebration (17 to 19 May, 2019).

Whats’on? Many artists such as:

- La Pieta

- Epilexique ....

But also many events:

 -The awakening in Fanfare

 - The Grand Banquiche ...
