This programmes combines 2 cooking workshops with 20 Spanish lessons, from Monday to Friday.

Spanish courses: Classes are offered in small groups (6-10 students) to ensure individual attention. All levels are available from beginner to advanced.

Language courses follow a practical and communicative approach, they are given in the morning (9h10 to 13h) or in the afternoon (14h10 to 18h).

Cooking courses: Spanish cuisine with its tapas , unique dishes like paella, desserts and gourmet products like ham, is one of the most representative of Mediterranean cuisine: fresh, healthy, delicious, rich in fruits and vegetables and of course with olive oil as main ingredient.

Cooking classes are also offered in small groups (max 5 students) and held on site in the school's kitchen. You'll learn how to prepare a complete "Spanish style" menu and discover the emblematic recipes of Valencian cuisine all while using the appropriate Spanish cooking vocabulary.

Cooking classes are held twice a week, from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm or from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm depending on the Spanish Class schedule.

The programme also offers a full choice of activities so that students can make friends  and familiarise themselves with Spanih life and the city of Valencia (according to the agenda at the time).
