Let's discover Brazil through its cuisine
Our partner created this program 14 years ago and is looking to make you travel through taste ! This program combines local supermarket tours with fresh products, cooking classes, fruits and meats tasting, one dinner and a barbecue on the beach, with storytelling and anecdotes on typical Brazilian dishes.
DAY 1 (7 hours of activities)
Guided tour around Street Food and tasting of juice, cocktails and beer bars in a festive atmosphere for a Samba Street Party.
First cooking class in which you'll cook "Fish Moqueca" and 8 others gourmet dishes.
DAY 2 (5 hours of activities)
Guided tour in a local fruit market and tasting of seventeen exotic fruits (Caju, Tamarindo, Umbu, Pitanga...)
Then, another tasting of 33 local products in juice bar, bakery and restaurant!
DAY 3 (5 hours of activities)
Guided tour in a local Brazilian market products: vegetable, meat, fish and spice.
Second cooking class in which you'll learn your way with "Picanha" and 8 others gourmet dishes.
DAY 4 (6 hours of activities)
BBQ on the beach with seafood for lunch!
For dinner, you'll enjoy thirty flavours in a specialized restaurant in grilled meats!
Cooking classes and culinary activities are all year long.
4-day workshop; you can also cherry pick the activities you wish to participate in.

Depends on the type of activities (supermarket, barbecue on the beach…). The cooking classes are given in a studio, in the South of Rio, between 2 neighbourhoods : Copacabana and Leblon.
For a 4-day workshop (for 8 activities/cooking classes).
For children under 15, the price is 450€.
