Volunteers participate in practical activities such as planting native species, maintaining trails and conducting environmental monitoring.

Depending on the period during which you volunteer, certain activities may vary.
Ongoing activities include reforestation with native plants; fertilisation and maintenance of plantations; cleaning and maintenance of nature trails; forest walks to collect seeds from endangered species; biodiversity inventory through photography to feed into the database; maintenance and repair of infrastructure.
Occasional activities include: visiting a Métis community to work with children on environmental education and reading mediation; supporting the library's organisation and technical processes; assisting with group supervision (schools on educational visits or environmental internships).
Our partner is an ecological centre that operates 100% independently in research, volunteering and environmental education, formed by a multidisciplinary group of professionals involved in Amazonian conservation. It is a 52-hectare private ecological reserve located in the upper Amazon region.
Available all year round. Please note that the rainy season runs from October to May.
2 weeks minimum and 2 months maximum.
Accommodation is in a cabin with shared rooms, comprising 3 to 4 beds per room (bunk beds), with a total capacity of 18 to 20 people. There are two full bathrooms and a toilet, as well as a kitchen, dining room and lounge area.

Minors are accepted, subject to a letter of authorisation signed by their parents or legal guardian.
Regarding meals, volunteers eat with the family who are part of the ecological centre team.
