Discover school life in Thailand and share learning experiences with pupils in Hua Hin.
Although these schools are free, they often lack human and financial resources. The poorest families send their children there, while wealthier families prefer better-equipped urban schools.
Volunteers therefore provide valuable support, promoting English language learning and cultural awareness among students. Volunteers work alongside local staff to teach English using their creative ideas, songs, games and other fun activities.
The programme is organised by The Green Lion, an organisation renowned for the quality of its volunteer projects.
The experienced and welcoming local team ensures that the stay runs smoothly and supports participants with their projects.
Every morning, the English tutors visit a new school, accompanied by their local coordinator. This means that every week, five different schools can benefit from these cultural exchanges for their pupils.
In the afternoon, tutors review the activities carried out (content taught, students' understanding, points to be explored further, etc.) and prepare teaching materials according to a lesson plan defined by the programme coordinator. This approach ensures continuity in learning and real progress for students throughout the year.
Tutors do not replace teachers, but rather provide support to offer a lively and stimulating language learning experience.
This programme is available all year round
Minimum 1 week, you can add as many weeks as you want and mix with other projects offered (conservation/environment, construction, cultural week).
Participants are accommodated in a superb hotel complex with a swimming pool, ensuring a friendly and comfortable living environment.
Single-sex dormitory rooms with 4 or 6 beds. Modern bathrooms with hot water. Meals are prepared by a local chef and enjoyed with other international participants on the large terrace.

- Accommodation in a resort hotel with swimming pool from Sunday to Saturday lunchtime during the last week.
- Pick-up on arrival during normal hours and transport during the programme according to the planned activities.
