Aliore offers you two culinary programs to discover Berber gastronomy. You'll learn to cook traditional Berber dishes, bake bread and make Argan oil. Before starting any workshop, you'll be invited to dress in traditional Berber clothing to immerse yourself in Berber culture. You can take part in different workshops spread over one or three days.

One-day program : 

• The program begins at 10:30 a.m. with preparation of tea, tagine and bread.
• Lunch is around 1 p.m. with the dishes that you prepared
• After lunch, you can relax and visit the family's animals.
• From 3.30pm to 5pm: you'll start the Argan oil workshop 
• And to finish your day, you can watch the sunset from the beach, 10 minutes away.

• Tasting of Moroccan snacks (mint tea with bread, honey, Argan oil, Amlou and free-range eggs)

Day 2 : Traditional bread-making workshop (approx. 2.30 hours) :

• You will search for wood in the forest next to the house. 
• Knead bread
• Bake the bread in the wood-fired oven
• Enjoy Moroccan snacks (mint tea with bread, honey, Argan oil, Amlou and free-range eggs).

• You'll enjoy tea and pastries. 
• You will gather wood in the forest next to the house.
• You'll light the fire.
• You will prepare a tagine with Argan oil over a wood fire.
• You will enjoy your culinary preparations.
• Desert: mint tea with bread, honey, Argan oil, Amlou.
